It was an eventful and busy Homecoming Week here at West High School, home of the Cowboys! We kicked off the week with spirit wear paying homage to the 90's and the students truly showed up in fashion! We would be remiss to not mention that the school staff and even the LTWLA Career Coaches brought the heat! It was amazing seeing all the students coming in with high energy and engaged as we celebrated Homecoming Week and topped off with a remarkable Pep Rally! The West High Band performed, the homecoming parade was full of smiles, the cheer and drill team performed, and the choreography was great! The football players showed a lot of energy and excitement as they prepared for their game and gave a valiant effort on the field! It was rewarding for our coaches to see our LTWLA students taking on leadership roles throughout all of the festivities from representing ROTC to one of our very own being crowned Homecoming Queen!
