This past summer, Lead The Way Learning Academy provided Central Ohio youth with invaluable employment opportunities through the Work Experience and Ready 2 Earn programs. Among the various cohorts, nine enthusiastic young individuals took part in the "Tailor Made 4 Success" fashion program, an immersive experience designed to introduce them to the dynamic world of fashion.
Throughout the program, participants delved into the numerous career paths within the fashion industry, from design and marketing to event production. They also gained hands-on experience in the intricate details required to organize and execute a successful fashion show, from concept creation to backstage coordination.
Yesterday, the cohort proudly presented their hard work, producing their very first fashion show at North Bank Park. The event was an overwhelming success, showcasing the talent and dedication of these young individuals. The show not only highlighted their creativity and skills but also marked a significant milestone in their journey toward professional and personal growth.
