Gary Ross isn't your typical CEO. With a wealth of experience spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies, Gary's journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of growth, innovation, and giving back to the community. From leading divisions in Fortune 500 companies to spearheading his own startups, Gary's track record speaks volumes. His venture, Ross Innovations LLC, has been pivotal in coaching small business owners since 2014, guiding them through the complexities of startup and growth phases.
In 2017, Gary penned "The Growth Cube," unveiling a 6-dimensional formula for business triumph, a methodology honed through years of CEO coaching. Building upon this success, Gary launched The Growth Cube Academy in 2023, an online CEO training platform based on his acclaimed book. One of Gary's most notable ventures is Med Compliance IQ, a healthcare IT startup born in 2016. Teaming up with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Gary's team developed patented software to revolutionize patient wound analysis, securing over $1M in funding and achieving first revenue within two years.
But Gary's impact extends beyond the boardroom. In 2018, he co-founded Help Me Startup LLC, a coaching service tailored for startup CEOs. This initiative reflects Gary's belief in nurturing entrepreneurship and empowering visionaries to realize their potential. Gary's journey intertwines business acumen with personal triumph.
A cancer survivor, he ran a marathon amidst radiation treatment, channeling his experience into Inspire Hope Today, a nonprofit he co-founded with his daughter Rylee.
