The Graham School (TGS) hosted a career fair, and LTWLA took the opportunity to set up a table for recruiting and enrolling eligible youth. We presented a comprehensive overview of the various resources and opportunities we provide, including career readiness programs, leadership training, resume building, and preparation for post-secondary education. Coach Tyrel joined Coach Warda at the event, sharing the room with some of our partner companies like Performance Columbus and IEC Electrical. Mariah Lawrence Smith, a youth from TGS, assisted the coaches at the booth, encouraging her peers to enroll in the program.
