Wednesday, December 18, 2024

Horizon Science Academy hosted a meeting in preparation for their upcoming National Honor Society (NHS) Ceremony, where outstanding students are recognized for exemplifying Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character.

Among the leaders of Horizon’s National Honor Society is Ayub Mohamed, a dedicated student and the Treasurer of the HSA NHS chapter. During the meeting, Ayub conducted a discussion about the exciting community service events planned for the upcoming spring semester, showcasing his organizational skills and commitment to giving back to the community.

Ayub’s Leadership and Excellence

Ayub’s involvement in the National Honor Society is a testament to his academic achievements, dedication to community service, and natural leadership abilities. As a member of Lead The Way, Ayub has consistently demonstrated his drive to not only excel personally but also inspire his peers to aim higher.

“His leadership is an inspiration to all of us,” shared one NHS member. “Ayub encourages everyone to get involved and take pride in helping our community.”

Looking Ahead

With Ayub and the rest of Horizon’s NHS members preparing for a busy spring semester filled with impactful community service events, it’s clear this chapter is setting a high standard for excellence and engagement. Their efforts reflect the values of both Horizon Science Academy and Lead The Way, making a positive difference in the community and beyond.
