[Columbus, OH – October 30, 2024] – Lead The Way Learning Academy (LTW) and Inspireducation, two organizations dedicated to empowering youth through career

readiness and postsecondary planning, are merging to create a unified entity. As part

of this merger, Lead The Way Learning Academy is rebranding as “Lead The Way” to better align with its mission of guiding youth toward lasting postsecondary success through purpose, direction, and support. This merger combines the strengths of both organizations to enhance leadership skills, college readiness, and individualized learning tailored to each student’s progress.

The merger expands access to LTW’s core offerings, including career exploration, paid and unpaid work experiences, leadership development, and social-emotional learning programs. Inspireducation’s tailored curriculum, focused on preparing students for postsecondary education, adds ACT/SAT preparation, educational investment planning, and guidance on options such as trade schools, community colleges, and universities. This partnership ensures a comprehensive support system that addresses students' academic, emotional, and career development needs.
