West High School recently hosted a vibrant College and Career Fair, bringing together an array of colleges, universities, and companies to help students explore their educational and professional futures. Held in the school gym, the event featured a diverse lineup of institutions, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) such as Tuskegee University, as well as regional institutions like Shawnee State University. Community colleges were also well-represented, providing students with a wide range of educational options to consider.
Beyond the academic offerings, representatives from the armed forces and local organizations such as YouthBuild contributed to the event, highlighting the importance of community collaboration in guiding students' futures.
