New Albany High School's Peace Day transformed the campus into a lively hub of activity, reminiscent of a field day for high school students. This year, the event took on an even greater significance as the entire school community felt a deeper connection to LTWLA.

The day was brimming with exciting activities that fostered camaraderie and cheer among students and staff alike. One highlight was the spirited Student vs. Staff dodgeball game, which Coach Horsley and Coach De'Von enthusiastically joined in the fun alongside New Albany High school staff.

Another engaging activity was the live battleship game, where students eagerly tossed water into each other's canoes until they sank into the pool. The day also featured live music performances by both bands and talented student musicians, adding to the festive atmosphere.

To cater to everyone's tastes, various food trucks were stationed on campus, offering a diverse range of cuisines. Students enthusiastically participated in games such as soccer, football, and volleyball, making the most of the vibrant day. Overall, Peace Day was a resounding success, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a palpable sense of tranquility on campus. As a special touch, Coach Tyrel and Coach Devon distributed ice cream to hundreds of students as they gained interest in joining LTWLA, further enhancing the sense of community and good will.
