In a remarkable week for Horizon’s athletic teams, Coach Warda showed her unwavering support by attending two exciting games, cheering on the student athletes as they led their teams to victory. The Horizon Science Academy girls' volleyball game had a match against KIPP High School, where the youth on the team gave an exceptional effort and unwavering commitment, helping lead their team to victory with a final score of 3-1.
The Horizon Boys Soccer team had a match against Cornerstone High School where the team put on a fantastic display of dedication, efficiency, and unity, achieving a stunning 7-1 win and earning a place in the playoffs. Overall, the youth demonstrated an outstanding performance and dedication to leadership and sportsmanship that highlight their ability to develop as young adults and balance all their responsibilities. Great job Horizon Science Academy!
