In partnership with Groveport Madison High School (GMHS), LTWLA was thrilled to host the 2024 Career Week for GMHS students. The week was packed with career workshops, panelists, and a career fair!
The career fair did not disappoint, maintaining the momentum of the week with high energy & enthusiasm. Lead The Way, along with the hard work and efforts of College Counselor Mr. Davidoff, recruited 23 companies and organizations from various industries (i.e. Public Safety, Construction , Healthcare, The City of Groveport and many more) to attend. Amidst the vibrant hustle and bustle of the high school gymnasium, a symphony of ambitions echoed during this year's Career Fair. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as students navigated through booths adorned with banners, each representing a myriad of career paths waiting to be explored. Throughout the event, youth were given the opportunity to speak, engage with, and learn more about the business and organizations that were present. We look forward to the opportunity to expose our youth to more career pathways and community partners.
