Lead The Way Learning Academy (LTWLA) has provided youth development and youth workforce services in Franklin County since 2014.  LTWLA has consistently provided structured programs organized around social- emotional learning, college/career readiness, academic and supportive activities. Together these stand to meet the educational, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of youth.  Activities are designed to develop responsibility for self and one’s own behavior, one’s family, the community, and to improve self-confidence, interpersonal skills and develop relationships with diverse populations.

Lead The Way Learning Academy has provided a continuum of services for youth from Kindergarten through 12th grade.  These services include after school and community settings, summer camps, college/career readiness activities, project-based employment, and internship opportunities.  Services have proven to be effective supports for young people on a variety of fronts including fostering healthy lifestyles, boosting students’ academic achievement and self-esteem, and helping young people find and develop their passions.

From the start, we have been committed to helping youth develop their personal interests, gain exposure through various experiences (field trips, college visits, and more), and pursue their passions
